Christmas At The Coddington's

Well Santa came to our house on Christmas! We had such a good time with my mom and sister here for the holiday! Mom made fudge for us and all other goodies that I have been graving! We had a little get together on Christmas Eve, R.C. came over and we did our tradition with the appetizers for dinner. Lots of goodies... meatballs, crab meat yummies, taco salad dip, little weenies, and of course cookies and fudge! We also played some games after we ate, we played Taboo and another game that I can't think.

So on Christmas morning we took our good old time getting up and watched a Christmas movie and ate a little breakfast before opening presents which was nice. Calvin I think made out the best. He got a screen for the garage and a table saw, he also got Tommy clothes and other little things. I also did pretty good this year! One thing that I just loved that I got was my Nativity Scene from Darlene and Aunt Sherri. Boomer cleaned up with the bones, treats and toys, one Happy Dog!

We had a wonderful dinner we had Ham!! Mom was a nice help with dinner!

Boomer's Birthday!!

Well Boomer had a birthday on Thursday Dec. 6th. He is now 4 years old. I cant believe that he is already 4, I remember when he was just a cute little pup!!

So we had a little Birthday night for him like we always do. He got some treats and a toy. He knew where his presents were hiding in the closet, cause he would go to the closet and start whining. That got a little annoying, and now he's doing it with the Christmas gifts. What a baby.

So like the mom that I am I took some pictures of him with his presents and with his new toy. I can't believe how good he does taking pictures. I guess he is just use to it by now (Calvin thinks I'm crazy).

How cute is he! He liked his toy, Clavin and him already ripped it up, I came home tonight and there is stuffing all over the house!!

Well we are going to Islands of Adventure with Calvins work tomorrow! That will be lots of fun, we always look forward to that FREE trip to the parks. Well got to go and sleep.

Just Around The Corner!!

Well we all know that Christmas is just around the corner! Has anyone started to decorate their house? Well Calvin and I have already put the tree up and put lights on the house. Which was a lot of fun being the first time hanging lights outside and having the tree in a nice house! We put up everything on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving.

Sounds like we all have started our shopping, is anyone done with all of their shopping? Usually I'm done by now but I have a few more things to get. You may have heard that Boomer decided to get into some of the gifts and make his mark on a couple of them, I wasn't to happy. Well I have started to count down for my Mom and Meagan, I'm so excited to finally get her down here! Just like Bri I will need some advise on where to put things in the house. Some times you need a mothers touch!

We will be doing Christmas dinner at my house, the first time hosting a holiday! We will have a blast and I'm going to tempt to make Christmas cookies this year! Hope they turn out good. Well Boomer is getting real good at taking pictures by the tree every year. He just sits there like a good boy.

Thanksgiving

So I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We had a good time at Aunt Diane's house. We went over there about 3:30 and looked at ad's and then ate sooo much food.

This was the gang that we had over at Aunt Diane's. Calvin is back there hiding from the camera. There were 2 more Diana and Aeton also at dinner they were taking pictures!

Pictures of the House

Well ok I took some pictures of the house tonight. I will take some more later on it's a little dirty in some spots. So I hope you enjoy. Oh yeah the chandelier above the table we just put up on Monday. We also put up a ceiling fan in the living room. That was fun doing that, it was Calvin's first time doing that kinda stuff. It is neat adding to the house. I can't wait to add more stuff!

This is the guest bedroom, we just bought a new bed for the room and we are saving up for the remaining pieces of the set!

This is the guest bath. Calvin decorated this room, he picked out the towels and all the other things that went in the bathroom. He did a good job huh.

This is the little dining room that we have. We got this new table when we got the bed. I love this table! We really liked the way that this table is, it is a pub table. It is higher and has stools. We got 6 stools to go with it so we put 2 at the bar. Oh yeah and also if you can see the rug we got that at Kohls. I will add more pictures next week.

Boomer's Spot!

So now that I have the internet I'll be able to update a lot more. Tomorrow I will take some pictures of the house so everyone can see how we are doing decorating. We are having fun but it is hard to do when you want everything perfect. Well I'll have mom here for Christmas and she can help me a little bit. Yeah my Mom and Meagan are coming for Christmas, I'm so excited Meagan will be here for two weeks. We are looking forward to New Years Eve (Calvin's birthday) we are going to have a blast.

So I got some cute pictures of my kid Boomer. Boomer has this room in our house that he just loves. If you can't find him he's there hanging out in his room. We call it Boomer's bedroom, ever since we moved into the house he has claimed this room.

Look how cute he is. This is our guest room and Boomer is always sleeping in there. I think that is is funny how he cuddles with the pillows.

Well when someone goes in there to sleep on his bed he let's them know that is his bed. For instance take Berto for example. We had a party and Berto was going to bed and Boomer well take a look at the pictures and it says it all.

Pretty funny huh. Big Bert getting kisses from Boomer how cute.

What's New??

Well I still have stupid dial-up internet:( I have tried my direcTV but they want like $300 to just start up! That is crazy, now I'm waiting to here back from comcast to see if we can get cable out were we are. Nuts huh! I'm babysitting right now so I'm using there internet and it is nice and fast. I wish that I could but up some pictures on my blog but my internet is to slow.

So what is everyone doing for the holidays? I'm trying to get Mom and Meagan down here for Christmas, I really haop they can make it! We will probably go to Grandma's for Thanksgiving. I would love to got to Alabama for the weekend but work is nuts! You wouldn't belive what one lady said to me today. She asked me why we are closed the day after Christmas and I said "Well we like to spend time with our families also!" What nerve just cause I'm in a service industry doesn't me that I have to serve you all the time (selfesh).

Calvin thru a party tonight and I'm going to attend after I get done making money. Hopefully eveyone will still be there! Well I'll let you know what is going on soon, hopefully faster internet!!!!
