Not a Kloote?

Well I'm no longer a Kloote anymore! I'm officially Jessica Coddington now! On Monday I went to the social security office and sat there for 45min to just change my last name. Calvin was happy when I told him that I did that. He came home and said "Hi Jessica Coddington" with a big grin on his face! Well what else is new...... Only almost 2 weeks left till we can move into our house, we are so excited and can't wait. Day by day we take it, we have barely started to pack. We don't have that much stuff but everything is still packed cause our place now is so small! Well I will keep you posted on how life is! Oh yeah one of my girlfriends got Boomer a really cute bandanna so here is a cute picture of Boomer wearing it! He loves it he wears it everyday!

Crazy Week!

Well Calvin, Boomer and I had one crazy week. We didn't stop! Well it all started with my Dad, Brianna and Tyler coming into town last Saturday night. Meagan came on Sunday. It was so nice to have them here. We went out on the boat Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (a little boated out). We went snorkeling out in the ocean, it was Tyler's first time out in the ocean. We put him in a raft and he swam in the water. It was great snorkeling out there you could see right to the bottom, that rarely happens out there off of the inlet. We also went out on Monday too, but just Meagan came out that day. We were looking for our spots to go get the lobsters.

So every night Calvin, Boomer and I went over to Grandma's for the night or day to spend all the time we could with my family. Boomer got along great with Tyler, they were good buddies! So on Tuesday night we all went out on the boat to get lobsters. So Calvin was the captain, Dad and I were the divers, and Bri and Meagan were snorkeling on top following us. We went out about 10pm and dived till about 12am. It is a little scary getting in the pitch black ocean, but once you start finding the lobsters and catching them you forget about what your doing for a little while! I GOT A 6.5LB LOBSTER!!! Isn't that crazy, this thing was a monster. We ate it for dinner on Thursday with steak. It was bigger then the one I got last year. So we only got 2 again this year. We went out on Wednesday but didn't find anything, but that was fine with the monster that I got. Well I put a little slide show together of Tyler and then my lobster, so check it out. Talk to you soon

The Word on the Street!

Well I haven't updated in a while, so I thought I would let you know what is going on here. Well lets see........ Oh yeah July 4th was fun Calvin, Boomer and I went on Grandma's boat out to the sand bar. Calvin had to run the boat because he had fixed a lot of things on it. Then were we anchored the boat up Calvin had to put the anchor in the ground because it was so hard and guess what happened. His wedding ring came off and he realized right after but there was no way we would be able to find it, it probably got buried while he was digging the anchor in. O well it can be replaced we will have to get the new one blessed though! So that was the bummer of 4th of July. And of course we went and saw fire works out on the boat also, that was fun!

Then my birthday came and we went on the boat and we got rained on. So for the night we went to the Cheesecake Factory and to the Improv in West Palm Beach. That was so cool we've never done that before, going to a comedy club. Now we want to go back all the time now. The neat thing is that celebrities do the stand up there. We saw the guy from the Dodge commercials "Hey you got a Hemi" he was great. After that we went to our favorite bar Charlies and watched the Rock Doctors play! They are the best band!!!

So Sunday we had to wake up at 8:30 to go look for houses! That was fun but not after parting the night before. Well we found a house that we really liked a lot and we made a offer....... and we went back and forth a little but we got what we wanted and we are buying a house!!!!!!! We are so excited, to get out of this dump and have a nice house!! Calvin is going to the inspection tomorrow morning at 8am, Grandma is going to see it also with him. So after that we have to wait for the appraisal and make sure that is good and then it is good to go after that! We are pretty confidant that everything will go well. Calvin will take the camera and I'll put a slide show up of it in a couple of days!

Well I think that that is it, I'm just waiting for everyone to come in a couple of weeks. Talk to you soon Jess:)

Wish Me Luck!

Well Mini Lobster season is on it's way July 25 & 26. So my Dad, Brianna, Tyler, and Meagan are coming down. You don't even know how excited I am to see them. I can't wait to see Tyler and see how much he has grown in the past 2 months, watching him swim and also taking him to the beach! I think he will love the beach. So they get here and that Saturday night before lobster season opens. A whole week to see them, that is great. So mini lobster season opens at 12:00am on Tuesday night so that means we go diving at midnight for lobsters. That is the best time I got my biggest and only one last year at that time. It was huge but man did it taste good, I tried to eat all of it but I couldn't! I'm hoping to get another one this size or even bigger, small ones will do. The lobsters down here in Florida are so good! Then on Wed. and Thurs. you go out all day trying to get lobsters. I was able to take off Wed so that was good then I can dive with Dad more. So I'll let you know in the next couple of weeks on what we caught.

Our Big Expense!!

Well would you think that this little Cuddle Monster could rack up the vet bills! Oh yeah he can. So tonight we took Boomer to the vets because his feet were really irritated and raw. His neck and ears where bad also. So they did this this test to see if he had mange (sp?) that is were it is a mite under their skin. But thank goodness it came back negative. So the results of our visit to the vet was that he has a allergy and it starts off mild and then gets worse (an infectious stage). Yes Boomer's was at that stage. That Sucked!!!
So now he is one 3 antibiotics, one for the itching, inflammation, and I think just a antibiotic so the infection goes away. Also he has to have a medicated bath 2 times a week, and clean his ears 2 times a week until he gets better. At least he wasn't the only one with this problem, he was the 4th dog to come in today with the same thing. Oh you want to hear the worse part about the visit? Well Boomer decided he was going to be a brat and growl at the assistant, but he was fine with the other ladies there. So they put a muzzle on him! I was NOT HAPPY! I knew that he wouldn't do anything but Calvin said they have to be safe. So after everything scrapping his skin, and 2 shots we took the muzzle off and he was fine, kissing the doctor and being all nice. I think he was just nervous he never has been anywhere else besides the Mill-pond. Well what am I going to do he's to cute. I just have to babysit more on the side to take care of Boomer's new prescription food and his allergies. But we love him!

House Hunting

So Calvin and I got pre-approved to get a house (if you didn't here already)! We are so excited, it will be a fun next couple of months. We are hoping to get a house in Stuart, Palm City or Port Saint Lucie area. We are going to start looking pretty soon here, maybe go to a few open houses on Sundays if we aren't on the boat.
Well mini lobster season is coming up at the end of July. My dad, Bri, Tyler, and Meagan are going to be down. So that will be so much fun! We love when family comes and visit us down here, we start to get a little lonely. So when we get our house we will need lots of help. Mom I could use your help decorating my house (I'll hire you as my interior designer)! Well I'll write in a couple of days and let you all know what is going on.

Jess:)
